Real Estate Economy in Paso Robles

Real Estate in Paso Robles is continuing to expand, Paso Robles is the fastest growing city in San Luis Obisbo and therefore offers many opportunities for home buyers, sellers and those looking for new construction homes. There are plenty of things to do and places to go in Paso Robles . Paso Roble's historic downtown hosts a number of activities through out the year in the beautiful city park at the center of town. Among them are free concerts, a major wine festival, an olive festival, farmers markets and on Pioneer Day after the parade there is a free bean feed for the whole town. Paso Robles real estate area offers something for everyone, from places to go to things to do.

There are many other activities and attractions to keep you busy including the California Mid State Fair that attracts major headline entertainment. Lake Nacimiento is a short drive for camping and water sports. In December, The Vine Street Victorian Showcase is a sight to behold. The street is lined with Victorian homes decorated in all their glory. There are chestnuts roasting on an open fire, hot chocolate and apple cider, carolers, Scrooge giving the performance of his life, hay rides and many other performances and exhibits happening up and down the street.

Paso Robles is becoming known as the next Napa Valley, with it's numerous wineries and award winning wines. Take a wine tasting tour of the area and you will see some of the most beautiful county side around.

Location Of Paso Robles

Paso Robles is located in San Luis Obispo County, California along the central coast. It is surrounded by the cities of Templeton, Atascadero, Shandon, Creston, San Miguel, Lake Nacimiento and Santa Margarita.  Paso Robles is just north of San Luis Obispo City. Collectively, the area is halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco off Highway 101. Conveniently located within 30 minutes to the coast where you can find Hearst Castle, Madonna Inn, Morro Bay Aquarium, Sycamore Mineral Springs and a multitude of other places well known or just happened upon. TEMPLETON REAL ESTATE

Another area of significance that I service is Templeton. Templeton is a quaint little town that lies between Paso Robles and Atascadero.
